Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Phantom Desk subject to the following conditions based on your plan:

You agree to use Phantom Desk responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The Software is designed as a productivity tool and AI assistant. You are solely responsible for:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices displayed on the website are in USD; however, actual billing is processed in INR (Indian Rupees) at the approximate equivalent exchange rate at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Due to the digital nature of the product and instant license key delivery, we cannot process refund requests once a license key has been generated and delivered.
If you experience technical issues, our support team will work with you to resolve them. Please contact support@fapbin.com before requesting a chargeback, as chargebacks may result in your license being revoked.
Phantom Desk, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Phantom Desk and its creators. Your license grants you the right to use the Software but does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Software integrates with third-party AI services (such as Cerebras) through your own API keys. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Phantom Desk, its creators, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Time-limited licenses (Starter and Pro) expire automatically at the end of their respective terms.
We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Lifetime plan holders receive all updates at no additional cost.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
